ICTC for Training and Consultancy successfully delivered a specialized Training of Trainers (ToT) program in the field of international transport (logistics), as part of efforts to enhance the dual education and training system, in partnership with GIZ Egypt.

The program was implemented from March 31 to April 2, 2026, at Green Plaza Hotel, Alexandria.

The training focused on developing the international transport curriculum for technical education students, ensuring alignment with labor market needs and enhancing the competencies of professionals in this vital sector.

The program was based on the Egyptian Model for Qualifying Company Trainers, adopting a competency-based approach. It included interactive sessions and practical applications designed to equip trainers with the skills needed to effectively transfer professional expertise.

The program targeted company trainers and international transport department representatives from Cairo and Alexandria, aiming to strengthen their training capabilities and improve the quality of the dual education system.
