ICTC Training and Consultancy has launched the New Teachers Qualification Program under the Benaa 3 Project to train and employ 100 teachers in Assiut and Sohag, enhancing education quality and youth employability.

The program aims to prepare and employ 100 newly graduated and aspiring teachers in private schools across Assiut and Sohag through a comprehensive training program that combines pedagogical preparation with practical experience, ensuring participants are fully equipped for successful careers in education. The training covers modern teaching methodologies, classroom management, lesson planning, active learning strategies, differentiated instruction, child protection, as well as on-the-job mentoring and continuous professional development sessions. This integrated approach equips teachers with the competencies needed to deliver high-quality education. The program is implemented under the Benaa 3 Project by ICTC Training and Consultancy in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development (SFSD) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). It aims to improve youth employability, meet the growing demand for qualified teachers, and contribute to strengthening the education system and sustainable development in Upper Egypt.
