107 Youth Trained and 50% Employed Through Benaa 3 Project in Assiut and Sohag

ICTC Continues Supporting Youth Employment and Skills Development in Upper Egypt Through the Benaa 3 Project

Between April and May 2026, the Benaa 3 Project successfully trained 107 young men and women in Assiut and Sohag Governorates across three high-demand sectors: Sales and Marketing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Tourism and Hospitality. The project is implemented by ICTC Training & Consultancy in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). It aims to enhance youth employability by equipping participants with market-relevant skills and connecting them to employment opportunities. As a result of the training programs, 50% of the trainees secured employment opportunities, highlighting the project's success in linking skills development with labor market needs and supporting sustainable livelihoods for young people in Upper Egypt.
