🎓 ICTC Successfully Implements Corporate Trainers’ Program on Competency-Based Education

ICTC for Training and Consultancy has successfully implemented a specialized training program for corporate trainers within the Dual Education and Training System, in cooperation with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). The training took place from 17 to 19 December 2024 at Novotel Airport Hotel – Cairo.

The program focused on competency-based education methodology, with an emphasis on modern commerce as a key profession for the future. This aligns with Egypt’s vision to upgrade technical education and meet labor market demands.

The training targeted corporate trainers from Giza and Beheira governorates, along with unit supervisors, and included interactive and practical components designed to strengthen their technical and instructional capacities.

ICTC reaffirms its commitment to supporting national and international efforts in developing vocational and technical education, promoting sustainable development, and empowering human capital across sectors.
